Why Save Energy?
Energy conservation refers to efforts made to reduce energy consumption in order to preserve our resources for a sustainable future and reduce various environmental challenges like; floods, erosion and pollution. We can only effectively save our energy through efficient energy use (decrease in energy use with equal amount of outcome), or by reduced consumption of energy services. It may result in increase of financial capital, environmental value, national security, personal security, and human comfort. It is advisable for individuals and organizations that are direct consumers of the limited energy available to conserve energy in order to reduce energy costs and promote economic security.

Energy Saving Devices
Energy Saving Devices can contribute immensely to efforts being made to make our environment safe/friendly. One of such devices is the use of energy saving bulbs. Some of the advantages of energy saving bulb over traditional bulbs are listed as follows:

Energy Saving Bulbs
The low energy released by energy saving bulbs is far lower than the traditional bulbs. The lower the energy released the more the ozone layer is conserved. The ozone layer protects the earth from harsh heat of the sun. Energy-saving bulbs are more environmentally earth friendly because less refuse ends up in the landfills by way of constant change of bulbs. Click the link below to download the full magazine
